First and foremost, I wanted to thank you for giving me this opportunity. By around noon on day three, I think it hit all of us just how life-changing the speakers, discussions, and networking was. I've received various job offers (or offers of potential offers) after speaking and connecting with over 50 people the past week and have had numerous people asking me if I'd be in attendance for GDC so we could continue chatting IRL. By the end of the awards ceremony, I realized I didn't have the words to explain how magical this was for me.

The WIGI mentorship program is really empowering. There are too many great topics to list, but one session that resonated with me was the self-advocacy talk from WIGI’s CEO, Joanie Kraut. These sessions truly build your confidence and give actionable takeaways. Straight after listening to her session, I applied to two positions in the gaming industry, which I had been hesitant to do before attending the mentorship program. Sometimes you just need a little encouragement to go after your goals, and WIGI’s mentorship program did just that for me.

"Paris Games Week was an unforgettable experience for me! I met a lot of people in Paris as a Women in Games International (WIGI) Mentee, and they were all very lovely. The indie games at #ParisGamesWeek were stunning and inspiring. We talked and met with its developers and artists, learning about their games and businesses. It was an incredible feeling to see how much effort they all put into their performances✨ And it was also a pleasure to play the recently released AAA games. I met many people from the gaming and esports industries. I'd like to thank everyone for their pleasant conversations and for opening a door that I can use whenever I want. I'm confident we'll keep in touch!🌿"
