Funded entirely through community donations, Almost Home Kids is a 12-bedroom, 21,000-square-foot home. Almost Home Kids is part of OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization within the OSF Healthcare System, relying on the philanthropic support of the community to make our house a home.

Supporting research at the Brain Tumor Program at Lurie Children's Hospital. Almost all funding for pediatric brain tumor research comes from private donations. All donations will be directed to Lurie Children’s. Wyatt's Nuero-oncologist, Dr. Rishi Lulla, recently published an article describing his team's success in killing DIPG (a deadly cancer found in children) in mice and hopes to begin a clinical trial by the end of 2017.
