To Promote World Peace And Understanding Through The Means Of Education. We Offer Scholarships To International Students To Come And Study At The University Level In The State Of Georgia For One Academic Year Beginning In August And Ending The Following May.

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) serves the holistic needs of immigrants, refugees, and mainstream community members in Oregon and SW Washington. Global Volunteers is an international development organization mobilizing teams of short-term volunteers on long-term development projects to help children reach their full potential abroad and in the U.S. We work with and under the direction of local leaders in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, North America, South America and the South Pacific to provide the essential services to families as prescribed by the United Nations. Founded in 1984, we are in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and cooperate with other U.N. agencies such as UNICEF.

Mikey's Place is committed to helping families who are raising children with disabilities. Our mission is achieved threefold: We inform families with our biennial publication Mikey's Guide - a comprehensive resource book of disability-related services and programs. Second, we connect families to the services and information they need by hosting an Annual Special Needs Summer Camp & Resource Fair and by maintaining an active Facebook page. Finally, we support families by offering "camperships" to assist with the cost of specialized summer camps or other enriching summer activities.

Expanding Opportunities' mission is to increase self-sufficiency and cultural awareness through educational and charitable projects for people nationally and internationally. It is a broad mission designed to be clear enough to guide and flexible enough to respond to a variety of human needs.

Helpingpeople build movements for liberation in Haiti To do this, Beyond Borders:strengthens grassroots organizations,trains educators and conununity activists,develops Dedagogical tools and curriculum, engages the Haitian government and civic leaders,facilitates cross cultural collaboration.

TO EDUCATE YOUTH AND ADULTS IN CONNECTICUT IN THE ARTS, HISTORY, AND CULTURE OF AFRICA AND AFRICAN DIASPORA THROUGH FREE OR LOW COST CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, RESIDENCIES, AND PUBLIC PERFORMANCES IN CHURCHES, SCHOOLS, LIBRARIES, ART CENTERS, AND OTHER PUBLIC FORUMS.

The Auschwitz Jewish Center Foundation is a Not for Profit Organization whose mission is to utilize lessons from the Holocaust to fight hatred and bigotry in all forms through educational programs; and provide direct humanitarian assistance to victims of mass atrocities and genocide.

PRERNA empowers refugees with opportunities to rebuild sustainable lives in the United States. We help refugees across all ethnicities and faiths become independent with continuum care and services, including housing, supplies, healthcare, education, employment and cultural assimilation.

BorderLinks is an international leader in experiential education that raises awareness and inspires action around global political economics. BorderLinks grew out of the Sanctuary Movement in the 1980s when faith communities, universities, and other organizations rallied to advocate on behalf of thousands of refugees fleeing persecution in Central America. Today, BorderLinks educational programs focus on issues of immigration, community formation, development, and social justice in the borderlands between Mexico, the U.S and beyond.As a bi-national organization, BorderLinks brings people together to build bridges of solidarity across North and Latin American borders and promote intercultural understanding and respect.
