Since 1984, FCHH has built or renovated more than 200 homes, and is one of the largest Habitat affiliates in the northeastern US. They partner with low-income families to make home ownership possible. Their homeowners work alongside volunteers giving 450 sweat-equity hours to Habitat. Once these hours are achieved, homeowners pay a 30-year zero interest-mortgage on their home.
