CAP Services is a private, non-profit corporation founded in 1966 as a Community Action Agency. CAP Services mission is to bring about a permanent increase in the ability of low-income individuals to become economically and emotionally self-sufficient.

Since 2006, Gemma's Angels has distributed tens of thousands of pounds of fresh fruit and vegetables to a growing list of homeless shelters, soup kitchens, and food banks in Dauphin and Lebanon Counties in Pennsylvania. We supplement--but do not replace--the work of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank which provides food to over 900 partner agencies in Central PA running from the northern to the southern border of the state. We want to change the way we feed the hungry. MISSION: Provide fresh fruits and vegetables to homeless shelters, soup kitchens and food banks in Dauphin and Lebanon Counties, and Inspire at-risk children and families to make healthier food choices, increasing their access to fresh, local food and teaching them to live more sustainably. Gemma’s Angels is a not-for-profit organization recognized by the IRS under its tax exempt 501(c)3 regulations.

CEDARS helps children and youth achieve safety, stability and enduring family relationships. CEDARS founding and enduring priority is safety for children and youth who have experienced or are vulnerable to, abuse, neglect and/or homelessness.

The mission of Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware is to act as a catalyst to revitalize and strengthen neighborhoods by providing sustainable housing and homeownership services that support low and moderate income households, empower residents for leadership, and promote individual and community asset building.

Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity (CDHFH) is a non-profit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry that serves Kent County by partnering with low-income families to build simple, decent, affordable homes. It was founded in 1990 and became a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Since that time, the Kent County affiliate has built 17 homes and currently has one nearing completion. We are able to build affordable homes by engaging the community to volunteer at all stages of our operation, securing donated resources, and selling the home at no profit with a zero interest loan.

Thrive DC works to prevent and end homelessness in Washington, DC by providing a comprehensive array of services to help vulnerable individuals stabilize their lives and take the next steps toward independence and self-sufficiency.

The mission of Samaritan House is to foster personal safety, growth and self-sufficiency in adults and their children through the freedom from sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking and homelessness.

Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry, Inc. (WARM)'s mission is to repair, rebuild, and make homes accessible; and to inspire service, generosity, and hope. WARM makes people safer in their own homes by mobilizing volunteers to complete urgent repairs, hurricane recovery, and accessibility upgrades. WARM serves low-income homeowners in Brunswick, Duplin, New Hanover, Onslow, and Pender Counties, many of whom are veterans, elderly and/or disabled.
