The Endowment Campaign is to increase our endowment fund to ensure long-term stability to our income. Sharing Our Faith fund is a yearly program to collect and then disburse funds to congregations with specific growth plans. The Individual Member program is for those who want to belong to the CUC when being a member of a congregation is not convenient or preferred.

CANADIAN ASSOCIATES OF BEN-GURION UNIVERSITY OF THE NEGEV

CAPE BRETON REGIONAL LIBRARY

The Cape Breton Regional Library has focused on the lifelong learning needs of its users since it was formed in 1950. The library provides information and entertainment for residents of all ages. Through thirteen library branches and two bookmobiles, the library offers services and materials to the public at no charge. A few of the services that can be accessed with a library card include, borrowing books, magazines and DVD/videos; interlibrary loans; programs for children and adults; free Internet and word processing in every branch; free computer training in some libraries; and access to on-line magazine databases.The Cape Breton Regional Library employs 60 people in a variety of jobs across the region.

CAPILANO COMMUNITY SERVICES SOCIETY

Today, CCSS serves a large number of North Vancouver residents through targeted youth programs, seniors programs, and the Red Cross Loan Program. Youth CCSS concentrates on ensuring youth have access to resources to reduce the risks associated with the developmental challenges of the pre-teen and teen years. Since the youth program is based on outreach, one of our primary goals is to create opportunities to identify youth at-risk and provide support to the individual and their family. Seniors' Hub - operates 12 services that are designed to improve the health of very frail and isolated seniors provide increaseed activity, and peer support, and a sense of belonging to a community of peers. These are important factors which can significantly improve health and quality of life. Red Cross Loan - This program offers the North Shore community a free short term loan of medical equipment such as mobility and bath aids.

CASEY HOUSE FOUNDATION

Casey House is a specialty hospital with community programming including home care and outreach programs. Founded in 1988, we were the first freestanding HIV/AIDS hospice in Canada. We rely on donor funding to provide our community programs, which include the Home Hospice Program, nursing, counselling, complementary therapies including massage, recreation therapy, child care for HIV-positive parents and the Resident Care and Comfort Fund.

Cataraqui Conservation

The Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority is an environmental advisory and protection agency based out of Kingston, Ontario. Our jurisdiction spans more than 3,500 sq. km of land in 11 different municipalities, including Kingston, Gananoque, Brockville and Newboro. The CRCA owns more than 4000 hectares of conservation land. We purchase land to protect it from being developed, preserve natural features and wildlife habitat, provide public access to the natural environment and undertake water management projects, such as flood control.
