Celebrating 25 Years of Connecting Artists to Those in Need

Donate $25 or more and receive a downloadable gift of art courtesy of Steven Cogle, Shepard Fairey, Joey Feldman, Cole Sternberg, and Pep Williams. As the nation responds to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, The Art of Elysium is working to raise much-needed dollars to sustain Art Programs, which will support the areas we have served for over 25 years:  hospitalized youth, elders, the homeless community, veterans, special need and inner-city schools.  Now, as we step into our 25th year, the world is suffering.  Suicide rates are up, domestic violence is up, and depression is at an all-time high.  We are launching this campaign to encourage everybody at home to create and transcend this difficult time together.

The impact of our Art Programs in our communities is evident (2020):

  • 4,187 Individuals of Need Served
  • 326 Artists Volunteered
  • 265 Workshops Provided
  • 38 Facilities Participated
  • 5,461 Donations of Art Kits and Masks
  • 2,898,424 Views of Public Art and Installations
The Art of Elysium Presents this 25-year campaign as a reminder that our mission has always spoken to transcendence through creation.  We are proud to have this group of artists come together to celebrate nearly a quarter of a century of service through the arts.  Their work speaks to justice, change, hope, and the power of art to serve the greater good.  #artheals #challenge

The Art of Elysium was founded in 1997 to support artists working for the benefit of others. For over two decades, we've paired volunteer artists with communities in need. Due to safer home restrictions and the high-risk underlying medical issues of so many of the populations we serve, we have been unable to do in-person workshops and programs.   Our solution is to provide our services virtually through Zoom and free online art lessons. We have many in our city who are incredibly vulnerable; please donate now to help us serve all of those sufferings.

We need your support more than ever.

Help Spread the Word!

In conjunction with the anniversary celebration, the organization is launching a social media campaign, heavily backed by its’ supporters, to encourage the community to share their art, in whatever medium they choose, to inspire and encourage others by uploading and using the #artheals hashtag.

"We might be distanced, but we are all in this together." --Jennifer Howell, Founder.
