Warrior Foundation Freedom Station’s Mission is to be the leading force in assisting, honoring and supporting the military men and women who have so bravely served and sacrificed for our country. We are committed to providing our warriors with quality-of-life items, support services and transitional housing designed to assist them and their families during recovery.
Warrior Foundation Freedom Station Assists Four Main Groups of Warriors:
1. The seriously ill and injured soon to be medically retired 2. Those suffering from post-traumatic stress (PTS) and/or traumatic brain injury (TBI) 3. Those undergoing physical or occupational therapy 4. Warriors who have been medically retired and remain in our community
Warrior Foundation Freedom Station hosted their annual "Dress for Success" event which provided free suits and casual business attire for over 50 Active Duty Marines transitioning from Naval Medical Center San Diego to civilian life. Our gratitude to Macy's Fashion Valley in San Diego, CA for making this event possible and successful for our Warriors who will be embarking on their next chapter. During the past 18 years, the Warrior Foundation Freedom Station has provided thousands of Active Duty and retired Warriors with more than $650,000 in business attire. This allows them to look their best as they venture into new careers or start educational programs.
