It is organized for the following purposes: Creating and maintaining the Lotus Garden for community use and enjoyment. Providing general opportunities for neighborhood residents of the Upper West Side of Manhattan to use and enjoy the garden. Providing for community programs for special interest groups and neighborhood residents to use, enjoy, and participate in garden activities.
