The OCHS will strive to provide temporary safe refuge for the sick, injured, lost, neglected, abused and deserted animals within its power. The shelter's goal is to find a permanent, loving home for all of its animals and to provide rehabilitation whenever possible. The shelter believes that we are the final hope for these animals and it is our obligation to strive to do the best we can to rescue them from their unfortunate situation.

Pet Rescue

PROVIDE RELIEF AND ADOPTION FOR CATS AND KITTENS. CATS AND KITTENS ARE RESCUED AND ACCEPTED FROM INDIVIDUALS AND ARE GIVEN FREE MEDICAL TREATMENT, SPRAYING, NEUTERING AND ADOPTION

To help abused, neglected, abandoned and stray animals as well as educate the public on the propercare of animals and to promote the spaying and neutering of companion animals

ANIMAL SHELTER - PROVIDE A SAFE HAVEN FOR ANIMALS WITHOUT HOMES.

To end euthanasia of healthy, adoptable pets by providing affordable spay-neuter costs to pet owners.

THE MISSION IS TO END THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS DUE TO ABUSE, OVERPOPULATION, AND OTHER FACTORS. TO HELP FAMILIES WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY DISPLACED BY OFFERING AN ECONOMICAL SANCTUARY FOR THEIR PETS THEY CAN NO LONGER KEEP AND PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH HELP BY OFFERING LOW COST OR NO COST SERVICES FOR ANIMALS SUCH AS PERFORMING SURGERIES, REHABILITATIONS AND TREATMENTS.
