MO4PAWS was formed with the core mission of saving the lives of cat and dog companion animals from high-kill animal shelters. The MO4PAWS platform promotes animal rights and welfare through our MO4PAWS adoption concept stores, technologies, community and education outreach, partnerships, and commitment to shelter reform. MO4PAWS is giving a voice to millions of animals out there who cannot speak up for themselves.
Our goal at Sunset Farms is to provide a safe and loving home for all animals that step onto our sanctuary, because we believe they have the right to be free to live their lives how they were mean to and to feel nothing but love and security from the humans that surround them. We continue to reach out and try and change the hearts of minds of the people who exploit any animal for their own purposes.
The Animal Resource Center (ARC) of Millville, PA is a no-kill, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose is to provide temporary shelter for homeless, abused, and neglected dogs and cats; educate the public on their care & welfare; and act as advocates for animal rights. Action for Animals is an educational organization that works to promote positive change in the ways people view and treat animals. Because every animal has the right to live his or her life free from oppression and exploitation, AFA promotes a vegan diet and lifestyle—not using animals for food, clothing, entertainment, research, trade, or any other objectifying purpose—and vegan activism as the best way to take action for animals.
Abundant Blessings House of Hope's mission is to offer a supportive and safe place to learn trust, independence, and self-worth during pregnancy. We want women to understand that there are alternatives to abortions and will support them and help them find resources to either keep and raise their babies or find a fair and acceptable adoption option. We use resources such as teaching basic life skills, job seeking skills, and, on the therapeutic side, horses to teach trust and communication. We believe that where these women currently are is simply a snapshot, not a definition of who they are. Everyone has the ability to soar on wings like eagles if only given the eyes to see the opportunity and the belief that they can.
Poodle Rescue of New England is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of homeless Poodles within the six New England states. Millions of companion animals-many purebred-are euthanized each year, and at least half are adoptable. Many of our dogs are former impulse purchases by owners who didn?t consider the ten to fifteen year commitment of owning a Poodle. Some were abandoned or mistreated. Poodles are referred to us through our hotline and from area dog officers, veterinarians, shelters, other rescue groups and our network of volunteers. Each dog is evaluated for behavior and temperament and receives a comprehensive medical exam and all necessary treatment. We do not have a shelter. Our dogs are cared for by our dedicated foster care volunteers in their homes throughout New England. Our Poodles are carefully matched to the new family?s home environment and lifestyle. Our goal is to place the right Poodle in the right home.
