The mission of the Gulf Coast Humane Society is to provide humane care for surrendered animals in Southwest Florida by offering refuge, providing medical care, and facilitating an adoptive home.

Angels for Minis a 501 c3 non-profit, strives to be a safe sanctuary for miniature horses who have been abused, neglected, hoarded, starved, or removed by legal authority. To train horses to trust human touch so they can be placed into permanent loving homes.Educate the community about the epidemic of miniature horse abuse and neglect.To care for horses who come in poor health, re-nourish horses who arrive emaciated and to socialize horses who have been without human interaction, Place minis in loving forever homes that are right for the mini, and the mini is right for the home.

Our mission is to build a humane community supporting the human-animal bond by being a resource through rescue, adoption, intervention, education, and outreach. We envision a community where all animals are loved, respected, and treated humanely. MAGDRL is staffed completely by volunteers. Like all humane groups, MAGDRL is in the unique position of helping both humans and pets. In our case, the pets are Great Danes and mixed Dane dogs, and the people are all those who have or want the companionship of the breed or, often, just dogs in general
