(WORD) is one of Missoula’s longest established and most experienced non-profit organizations. Since our founding in 1986, WORD has spearheaded, supported and participated with organizations, agencies and individuals who are committed to building community in Missoula. Vision: At WORD we envision a socially just world where each person is valued and all are empowered to fulfill their potential. We aim to build, through collective action, the socioeconomic, cultural and political conditions that ensure equality, independence and full participation for all. We believe that these conditions are indispensable to the health and sustainability of families, communities and society as a whole. Mission: WORD creates opportunities, programs and policies that inspire and support women’s development, leadership and choice, for the benefit of our entire community. Values: As a feminist organization WORD is committed to modeling and actively promoting ways of working that: - Value and celebrate women’s experiences and contributions; - Respect individual dignity and honor diversity; - Ensure accessibility for those with the least access to resources, value and power; - Are holistic, client-centered and strengths-based; - Encourage creativity, community and openness to change. - Through our programs we offer support, education and training to empower women and their families to move from a place of need to a place of independence, participation and choice. Our programs promote women’s access to stable housing, adequate income, personal/career development, family/school involvement and the creation of policies for social change.

DOMINE is feminist, non-governmental, non-profitable organization, established in 2002 with a purpose of promoting women's rights and encouraging development of civil society. Organization's basic activities are education, video production, publishing, public campaigns and direct counseling and support. Domine acts regularly on: economical and political women's empowerment, advocacy of gender mainstreaming policies implementation and politics of equal opportunities, prevention of violence against women in all forms, promoting prevention of sexual and reproductive women's rights, direct legal, psychological and medical support to women, raising awareness of media responsibility regarding women's rights promotion, researching women's past/history of Split and Dalmatia, cooperation and networking with feminist and civil society organizations on local, national and international level, publishing and development of the first feminist library in Split and Dalmatia, media visibility of civil society, capacity strengthening of civil society organizations, cooperation of civil society organizations and local government units with a common goal of democracy promotion and the quality of life in society, stimulating of social entrepreneurship and self-financing.

MADRE's mission is to advance women's human rights by meeting urgent needs in communities and building lasting solutions to the crises women face. MADRE works towards a world in which all people enjoy the fullest range of individual and collective human rights; in which resources are shared equitably and sustainably; in which women participate effectively in all aspects of society; and in which people have a meaningful say in policies that affect their lives. MADRE's vision is enacted with an understanding of the inter-relationships between the various issues we address and by a commitment to working in partnership with women at the local, regional and international levels who share our goals.

WIZO, founded in 1920, is an international organization of volunteers working to improve the lives of women, children, and the elderly living in Israel. WIZO's members work to support over 800 WIZO programs in Israel, including child care centers, schools, shelters for battered women and girls in distress, and services for the elderly. WIZO USA, established in 1982, is a membership organization whose primary focus is supporting its WIZO projects in Israel. WIZO USA aims to strengthen the bond between Israel and American Jewry by promoting Jewish identity and education. Since 1959, WIZO is recognized by the United Nations as a non-governmental organization with consultative status at the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and the United Nations Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF).

The mission of Thrive Women’s Clinic is to extend Christ-like love in a compassionate and responsive manner that values the family and empowers women and their partners to choose life. Our vision is to live in a community where taking the life of the unborn is unthinkable.
