The Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation teaches Americans about the academic and financial needs of Ukrainian Catholic educational institutions in Ukraine. In a sincere commitment to personal involvement and high standards, the UCEF works with these institutions hands-on to meet present needs and develop resources for the future. Through grant and endowment programs, distribution of books and teaching materials, and collaborative volunteer projects, emphasizing foreign exchange of students and faculty, we foster the communion of Ukrainian Americans with the Ukrainian nation and of Roman Catholics in the West with the largest Eastern Catholic Church.

Hawai‘I Pacific University is an international learning community set in the rich cultural context of Hawai‘i. Mystic Seaport's mission is to create a broad, public understanding of the relationship of America and the Sea. In order to accomplish this we: document, preserve, and stimulate scholarship in American maritime history and convey to a wide and diverse public the stories of America and the Sea through the Museum's collections, exhibitions, education programs, library, communications, products, and publications; collect and preserve representative examples of American maritime material culture emphasizing art, commerce, technology and science; collect and preserve examples of significant commercial and recreational watercraft related to America's maritime history, focusing on the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries; perpetuate skills associated with America's maritime past; and interpret representative elements of life in nineteenth-century New England maritime communities.

The Rutherford Institute, a nonprofit civil liberties organization based in Charlottesville, VA, is deeply committed to protecting the constitutional freedoms of every American and the integral human rights of all people through its extensive legal and educational programs. The Institute provides its legal services at no charge to those whose constitutional and human rights have been threatened or violated.

The mission of the Los Rios Foundation is to invest in the students of the Los Rios Community Colleges to help them achieve their aspirations through education. This is achieved by offering an increased level of excellence for students at American River, Cosumnes River, Folsom Lake and Sacramento City colleges by funding student and faculty programs, facilities and activities. The Los Rios Foundation is an auxiliary foundation to the college district. Formed in 1978, it is a 501(c)(3) organization and has 30 board members who represent the community and the colleges. The college foundations are a part of the Los Rios Foundation: American River College Foundation, Sacramento City College Foundation, Cosumnes River College Foundation and Folsom Lake College Foundation. The Los Rios District and Colleges exist to change and improve lives in the Sacramento region by making quality college education and training accessible and affordable to all. The Los Rios Foundation provides the private support necessary to meet this quality of excellence.

Morris Brown College was founded on Christian principles in 1881 by the African Methodist Episcopal Church and is chartered by the State of Georgia as a private, coeducational, liberal arts college engaged in teaching, research, and public service in the arts, humanities, social and natural sciences and professional programs.The mission of Morris Brown College is to provide educational opportunities in a positive and nurturing environment that will enable its students to become fully functional persons in our global society. The Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law is a nonpartisan law and policy institute that seeks to improve our systems of democracy and justice. We work to hold our political institutions and laws accountable to the twin American ideals of democracy and equal justice for all. The Center's work ranges from voting rights to campaign finance reform, from ending mass incarceration to preserving Constitutional protection in the fight against terrorism. Part think tank, part advocacy group, part cutting-edge communications hub, we start with rigorous research. We craft innovative policies. And we fight for them — in Congress and the states, the courts, and in the court of public opinion.
