Project Survival AKA Action for Cheetahs

Founded in 2001, Action for Cheetahs in Kenya has helped stabilize endangered cheetah populations in East Africa through research, education, and community development. Our mission is to promote the conservation of cheetahs and improve livelihoods of people impacted by carnivores. We are the only cheetah conservation organization focused on conserving cheetah populations outside the bounds of national parks and protected areas. We function as a project under the US-based non-profit organization, Project Survival.

WellFound

Our mission is to provide safe drinking water and hygienic sanitation to rural communities in Africa. By working in partnership with local organisations and communities, we empower people out of poverty; independently and sustainably. By having a strong working relationship with the communities in which we work, we listen to their requirements, provide them with tools, and engage them in the ongoing process. We ensure sustainability by running programmes alongside our projects, such as a Water Management Committee and a health education programme.

Darfur Women Network, DWN

Our mission is to raise public awareness, provide educational outlets, use specialized programming, assist and encourage refugee women, girls and families displaced by the Darfur conflict so they may re-establish personal empowerment and flourishing communities in the face of adversity. Darfur Women Network, Inc. works with both refugees in Chad and those who have immigrated to the United States. We work to empower Darfuri women so that they can help their families, and therefore their communities.

Friends Of Seven Islands State Birding Park Inc

The Friends of Seven Islands State Birding Park is a 501c3 corporation that was formed in May of 2015 to support the Seven Islands State Birding Park. Our mission is to support Seven Islands State Birding Park in its vision to be a world class birding destination and to protect, preserve and promote its natural resources and to promote the general education of the public. Cofan Survival Fund

We are committed to biodiversity conservation and research, protecting our ancestral territory and its natural resources, developing environmentally sound income alternatives, and educating our youngest generation. FSC has received and managed grants from both government and private sources for activities directed to the conservation and management of Cofan ancestral territories in northeastern Ecuador, and for the development of strategies that will allow the Cofan people to maintain cultural and economic stability. We work closely with FEINCE, the Ecuadorian Cofan Indigenous Federation.
