The John Fairey Garden Conservation Foundation - Established by John Fairey in 1971, The John Fairey Garden (formerly Peckerwood Garden) is an extraordinary preservation garden on 39 acres near Hempstead, Texas. The garden is widely acclaimed for the originality of its design, its education and conservation programs, and its exceptional collection of over 3,000 plants, including many endangered and rare plants from Mexico, North America, and Asia. Our mission is to preserve, share, and advance the horticultural and artistic legacy of John Fairey.

The International Mountain Bicycling Association is a non-profit educational association whose mission is to create, enhance and preserve great trail experiences for mountain bikers worldwide. The Ashokan Center inspires learning and builds community through shared experiences in nature, history, music and art. Since 1980 Ashokan has been a destination and a home-away-from-home for music and dance enthusiasts of all ages eager to delve deeper into traditions and self expression. Ashokan education programs allow students to explore, discover, and learn through programs in nature, history and art. The mission of the Red Lily Pond Project Association is to engage in and support efforts to restore and preserve the Craigville ponds, Centerville River System and Watershed area to a more healthy state, to educate the community regarding environmental practices that do not contribute to weed growth and also foster reliable ecosystem management, to share information pertaining to the innovative Craigville Community Cluster Septic System, and to extend the connection with the larger network of organizations that share the goal of responsible environmental stewardship through care and respect for the planet, for the benefit of the Town of Barnstable and beyond.

Hoja Nueva is a dynamic 501(C)(3) non-profit working in Madre de Dios, Peru. Our research center in the jungle serves as a local knowledge base led by novel, on-the-ground research, the majority of which involves conservation, education, permaculture, and sustainable community development. Hoja Nueva confronts deforestation in the Peruvian Amazon by conserving rainforest and building capacity within remote and indigenous communities; implementing rigorous scientific research in health and wildlife; and creating alternative income opportunities that protect indigenous culture and wildlife habitat

Scenic Rivers Land Trust works with landowners and other partners to conserve natural and scenic areas in Anne Arundel County. We work with landowners and other partners to conserve natural and scenic areas through landowner education and by holding and facilitating land protection agreements.We work within the Herring Bay and Severn, South, Patuxent, Rhode and West River watersheds. To date, Scenic Rivers holds over 65 conservation easements across Anne Arundel County, totaling more than 3,000 acres.

The San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy preserves, protects, and shares the natural and cultural resources of the San Dieguito River Valley through collaborative efforts to acquire lands, complete trails, restore habitats, establish educational programs, create interpretive centers, encourage recreation, and mobilize public support.We partner with other organizations to complete the planned 70-mile Coast to Crest Trail from Del Mar to Julian in San Diego County. 48 miles of the Coast to Crest Trail are open to the public today!
