The purpose of the UC San Diego Foundation is to foster community support, promote philanthropic giving, invest and manage gift funds and assets, provide advice and counsel to the chancellor, and to act as advocates for the benefit of the University of California, San Diego campus, in accordance with applicable university policies, guidelines and procedures. The UC San Diego Foundation helps UC San Diego obtain private gifts (in support of research, teaching, and public service) and manages the gift assets. Moores Cancer Center's unique blend of cancer research and patient care is transforming cancer prevention, detection and treatment. Established in 1978, Moores Cancer Center at USCD is ranked among the top 50 oncology programs in the nation and is the San Diego region’s only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. This designation is reserved for centers with the highest achievements in cancer research, clinical care, education and community contributions.

TO PROVIDE NURSING SERVICES AND ASThe Berrien County Cancer Service (BCCS) has had the honor of caring for Southwest Michigan's cancer patients since 1948. We are a unique skilled oncology nursing service that provides compassionate care for cancer patients and those with related illnesses in the comfort of their own home. We are able to do this at no cost because of the generosity of our community; we are "neighbors helping neighbors" in a time when local cancer patients need our special care. In addition to our nursing care services, we have an extensive loan closet of medical equipment and supplies that we offer at no cost including nutritional supplements, wound management supplies along with incontinence products. We have wigs, hats, turbans and can provide breast cancer patients special products they may need. We host an art program for children and families impacted by cancer to provide emotional support. We assist local cancer patients (Berrien County) being treated by any oncologist.SISTANCE TO CANCER PATIENTS IN BERRIEN COUNTY.

Cross Out Cancer (Tampa)

Comprised of driven young high school students and cross country runners, Cross Out Cancer seeks to unite the Tampa community and make a difference in the fight against pediatric cancer at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. Since 2015, Cross Out Cancer has raised money for a restricted fund that solely benefits the families of patients suffering from pediatric cancer at the hospital that are in immediate financial need. With total amount fundraised from past races totaling over $47,000, $67,000, and $80,000, Cross Out Cancer not only raises the leaders of tomorrow, but makes a tangible impact on the community its leaders are raised in.

American Bladder Cancer Society

Coalition Against Cancer (CAC2) is a collaborative network of organizations and individuals who support and serve the childhood cancer community. CAC2 works to benefit the childhood cancer community - including both its membership and childhood cancer patients, survivors, and their families - through greater levels of coordinated action that leverage the unique strengths and expertise of its members, minimizing waste of precious resources in order to drive better outcomes for childhood cancer patients and their families.
