Advocates for Disease Education, Inc (A4DE), is a nonprofit organization that strives in various formats to: - Promote healthy living to those affected by the most prevalent ailments that are affecting our communities - Provide disease awareness & education - Teach coping skills to victims & caretakers - Teach healthy cooking specific to the disease at hand - Provide the resources & assistance with getting the proper medical attention

Our primary mission is to provide comprehensive, up-to-date, research-based information on systemic scleroderma diagnosis and treatments written in a manner that patients can readily understand. We believe that patients who are thoroughly educated about their disease can work more effectively with their team of physicians to make the best possible individual care decisions.

Better Health Initiative for Women and Children's mission is to equip communities with the knowledge and support to improve the health and well-being of women and children. The vision is to reduce morbidity and mortality for women and children in low-income communities.

Our mission at the Dion Children Foundation for Rare Disease is to increase awareness of rare and ultra-rare genetic diseases such as Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, that affect children with the intention of allocating funds for research and development of potential treatments and cures of these devastating diseases. Our belief at Dion Children Fund is that no child should be left behind. Our children matter, and so do the lives of so many other children affected by rare genetic neuromuscular diseases.

Our status as a division of the National Federation of the Blind, the largest and most influential organization of blind people in the world, provides many benefits. Our members are well informed about the technological, legislative, and societal issues that affect blind people. We also enjoy the resources, support, and expertise of 50,000 blind people who can serve as mentors and role models for our children. And finally, as our children grow up, they, too, have the Federation to belong to. The Tanzania Health and Education Mission is a California non-profit, charitable organization established in 2007 in order to support the local health clinics and schools in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania. Our mission is to deliver, directly to the people of Tanzania, goods and services to improve their health and education. This includes: 1 - provide medicines and vitamins for rural dispensaries inTanzania, 2 - direct payment of scholarships for student, trainees and nursery school teachers in Tanzania, and 3 - purchase and distribution of food in three rural communities in Tanzania.
