The Missouri Prairie Foundation’s mission is to protect and restore prairie and other native grassland communities through acquisition, management, education and research. The Missouri Prairie Foundation also promotes the use of native plants through its Grow Native! Program and supports the identification and control of invasive plant species through its Missouri Invasive Plant Task Force (MoIP)

CFC International is committed to the advancement of treatment, research, and understanding of CFC Syndrome. Our mission is improve the quality of life for individuals with CFC Syndrome through family and caregiver support, research, and education. With more than 450 individuals diagnosed worldwide, CFC International dedicates each and every dollar to the support of family medical conferences, research initiatives, and advocacy for families.

The Tumaini Center seeks to engage vulnerable youth in a revolutionary new educational model that breaks down educational barriers faced by street youth and other vulnerable youth in a changing society, leverage their inherent resourcefulness, resilience and independence, and equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to not only get off the streets but to have successful and productive careers in their community. The program empowers them with hope, knowledge, skills, opportunities and resources necessary for them to earn a positive livelihood off the streets. These livelihood opportunities include learning vocational skills like motor vehicle mechanics, metalwork and fabrication, carpentry, masonry, solar power installation, wind power installation, recycling, entrepreneurship skills, enabling them to access employment, or start a business, reunite with their families, live communally or independently. Tumaini Center supports and empowers them towards their chosen future.

This mission is typically expressed (in publicity, marketing, and internal training materials) as "The March Field Air Museum is a nonprofit educational institution dedicated to promoting an understanding of humanity's reach for the skies and March Field's pivotal role in the development of flight." The mission of c3 is to utilize the power of media, arts and story to add in the evolution of humanity on a personal, social and global level. We work to create a better future by supporting and empowering the creative community through education in media tech literacy, and also support the creation and presentation of transformational content in all media platforms, including traditional and emerging media technologies such as fulldome, VR, AR, etc.

Beyond Nuclear advocates for an energy future that is sustainable, benign and democratic. The Beyond Nuclear team works with diverse partners and allies to provide the public, government officials, and the media with the critical information necessary to move humanity toward a world beyond nuclear.

THE CAPTAIN PAUL WATSON FOUNDATION has been established to promote and further the legacy of Captain Paul Watson. To focus on the protection and conservation of the Ocean through direct intervention supported by education, documentation, research activities and partnerships with other NGOs, governments and international institutions like the United Nations. It will be made up of a small team that will prevent any future interference or dilution of the overall vision of Paul's legacy by keeping management and bureaucracy minimal.

The mission of Lindsay Wildlife Experience is to connect people with wildlife to inspire responsibility and respect for the world we share. The museum was founded in 1955 by Alexander Lindsay, a local businessman, to teach children about natural sciences, particularly wildlife and their habitats. Over the years, the museum has developed a permanent collection of live, non-releasable native California wildlife and related artifacts. Lindsay is also a leader in the field of wildlife rehabilitation with a full veterinary staff and more than 500 volunteers. It is the first, and frequently only, resource for those who encounter injured, ill, or orphaned wildlife of all species, native mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles . During the recent drought years, Lindsay has treated record number of wild animals (more than 5,700 in the first 10 months of 2015). Begun in 1970, this formal wildlife rehabilitation program was the first of its kind in the United States.

Founded in 2001, Action for Cheetahs in Kenya has helped stabilize endangered cheetah populations in East Africa through research, education, and community development. Our mission is to promote the conservation of cheetahs and improve livelihoods of people impacted by carnivores. We are the only cheetah conservation organization focused on conserving cheetah populations outside the bounds of national parks and protected areas. We function as a project under the US-based non-profit organization, Project Survival.
