THE FUND WILL CONCENTRATE ITS EFFORTS ON THE HEALTH CARE CRISIS IN THE UNITED STATES BUT MAY AT TIMES PROVIDE INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL HEALTH CARE SYSTEMS AS A CONTRAST TO THE SYSTEMS IN THE U.S.
