Empowering Through Education (ETE) Camp seeks to prepare Hinche, Haiti’s most vulnerable youth to become future community leaders for social change by strengthening their academic skills, increasing self-confidence, and actively building community and parental support.

The Mission of the Program is to offer hope and create opportunity for men and women returning to society from prison by providing wraparound services centered on post-secondary education. Students are offered the tools and human support needed to find gainful, meaningful employment, and break free from cycles of hopelessness, inter-generational poverty and imprisonment, and to become leaders for change.

The tradition of skiing and ski racing is deep rooted in Vermont, especially at Pico Mountain. Pico Ski Education Foundation (PSEF) is a non-profit organization helping to provide funding for young athletes to pursue their dreams of ski racing while encouraging them to learn sound technical skills, good sportsmanship, healthy competitiveness and an appreciation for the spirit of skiing and for the mountains themselves.

Since 1980, the Richmond Peace Education Center has been an unwavering voice for peaceful conflict resolution, social justice, and nonviolent social change in the Richmond, Virginia region. Over the years the center has evolved, developing new programs and areas of focus to meet new concerns. Today the Richmond Peace Education Center is working actively to build a more peaceful and just community and world. Through its workshops, public events, youth programs, and conflict resolution training, RPEC is making a difference in the region. In the past two years alone, the center has organized or co-sponsored nearly 100 events and programs involving thousands of participants, and its impact is growing. From the beginning, RPEC has been a grassroots, member-supported organization. We simply could not do what we do without the participation and support of community members like you. The AGC CEF mission is to inspire, develop, and equip California’s current and future construction workforce. To pursue this mission, AGC CEF offers four programs: 1) Build California 2) College Access & Success, 3) Construction Leadership Council, and 4) Small Business Council. AGC CEF programs are designed to cultivate diverse student talent and empower young professionals and entrepreneurs to strengthen the construction industry, building a more prosperous California. Training and education are infused throughout all AGC CEF program efforts to ensure they holistically address the systemic barriers for underrepresented populations to access and develop into leaders in the growing construction workforce.
