White Pony Express was created with the mission to help eliminate hunger and poverty in Contra Costa County by delivering the abundance all around us to those in need. All of us helping all of us! They have three programs: Food Rescue, Free General Stores, and the White Pony Inn.

Crossroads' mission is to nourish our community's low-income families by providing nutritious food and supportive education. We are doing our part to ensure all people in Dallas County have access to substantial amounts of healthful foods and to nutrition, health and life skills education, so they are better equipped to enhance their well-being, and that of their family.

GraceFull Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) partner with GraceFull Community Cafe. Our vision is a healthier, stronger, more connected community. Our mission is to provide a home in the Littleton community where people of all backgrounds can gather, eat well and be inspired to give back.

Our all-volunteer “Under The Bridges and On The Streets” program prepares and distributes food, clothing and personal care items directly to the streets, feeding the homeless population of Los Angeles. We prepare nutritious bagged meals and deliver them along with personal care products, new and used clothing and blankets. We serve the homeless on the streets, where they live, which include the elderly, men, women and children.

Founded in 1946, RCS's mission is to feed the hungry, help families facing homelessness return to self-sufficiency, and empower survivors of domestic violence. We do this in Pinellas County, Florida through RCS Food Bank, RCS Grace House (for homeless families), and The Haven at RCS (for women and children facing domestic abuse)

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of seniors by maintaining their independence and dignity.

To be a seamless system of care for those in need in Broward County by providing necessary food, ancillary services and referrals.

To coordinate the acquisition and distribution of food and basic essentials to the hungry and the needy through our network of non-profit, service agencies that provide directly for the needs of the hungry and the poor of our community. We also serve as the regional distribution site for USDA commodities. We also operate a Kids Cafe program.  We are a part of Feeding America, and have operated in Gainesville since 1987.

At the Food Bank for Larimer County, we believe no one should be hungry. Our dream is to deliver health, hope and humanity to stabilize the lives of our clients and build a vibrant community. We are a private non-profit organization and the only Feeding America clearinghouse for donated food in our county. Each year, we provide food to more than 37,500 people in need through community partnerships and hunger-relief programs. Our mission is to provide food to all in need through community partnerships and hunger-relief programs.

This organization is structured for philanthropic Jewish individuals to provide needy Jewish families and indigent persons with basic food supplements and discretionary direct financial assistance. The organization operates primarily under the DBA of Tomchei Shabbos of Los Angeles. "Tomchei Shabbos" organizations have been founded in every major metropolitan area to enable Jews to help their impoverished brethren with their most basic food staples for Shabbos/Shabbat and holidays.

#HashtagLunchbag was created in order to bring awareness to hunger needs in local communities and inspire others to become proactively involved in their local communities by creating their own volunteer experiences and utilizing social media to spread the word.

FTTR delivers meals to local children who otherwise would not have food during seasonal school breaks. FTTR partners with local businesses, volunteers, and delivery persons to assist in distributing meals to children enrolled in our program. We currently serve the Greater Putnam County, Tennessee area.
