Provide care in a Christian home for women in transition.

Lifespring Ministry Center is the women's division of Wayside Cross Ministries. Our transitional program addresses homeless women and their children who have lost their way due to financial loss, addiction, incarceration, deteriorating relationships, or a combination of these factors. Our program helps to educate, counsel and support women to prepare them for their future.

This property, listed on the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage, holds a very important place in the history of the civil rights movement. It is our goal to restore this property to its original historic state, and to engage the local community by opening a unique museum at its location.

The mission of Abby's House is to provide shelter and affordable housing, as well as advocacy and support services, to homeless, battered, and low-income women, with and without children. Opened in 1976, Abby's House was one of the country's first homeless shelters for women. Since then, we've expanded our mission to include 79 units of housing and are Worcester's largest provider of affordable, supportive housing specifically designed to meet the needs of marginalized women and children. Since our founding, Abby's House has helped more than 14,000 women and children reclaim and rebuild their lives.

Mary's Place is a home for pregnant and parenting women that provides support in an environment of reverence and love. We welcome women of all faiths and strives to empower them with stability and independence, while promoting the inherent dignity of both mother and child.

Mission Statement: Maggie's Place provides houses of hospitality and ongoing support to help pregnant and parenting women in need reach their goals, and welcomes them into a community filled with love and dignity.Maggie's Place has four homes in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and one home in Parma, Ohio. Most women come to Maggie's Place from the immediate area, but Maggie's Place welcomes women from across the country.
