The mission of Veterans Moving Forward (VMF) is to provide service dogs, facility dogs and Emotional Support dogs to American veterans with physical and mental health challenges at no cost to the veteran or their family.. Through these services, VMF strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our disabled veterans by facilitating their recovery and increasing their safety and independence within their homes and communities. VMF provides canine support to address both visible and invisible wounds, ranging from adjusting to loss of limbs to post-traumatic stress. These disabilities may have been acquired either during military service to our country, or through an accident or illness incurred in private life following that service.

The Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) Memorial Foundation was formed in 2015 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation by a small group of like-minded veterans, military spouses, and supportive Americans to honor the service and sacrifice of all individuals – both uniformed and non-uniformed – who have contributed to global counterterrorism efforts since September 11th, 2001. A distinguished Board of Directors comprised of individuals from military and non-military backgrounds leads the Foundation, with former President George W. Bush serving as the Foundation’s Honorary Chairman. Michael “Rod” Rodriguez, a former U.S. Army Green Beret who deployed ten times, is the Foundation’s President and CEO.

The mission of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF) is to honor and preserve the legacy of service and educate all generations about the impact of the Vietnam War. Based in Arlington, Virginia, VVMF is the nonprofit organization authorized by the U.S. Congress in 1980 to build a national memorial dedicated to all who served with the U.S. armed forces in the Vietnam War. Incorporated on April 27, 1979 by a group of veterans led by Jan C. Scruggs, the organization sought a tangible symbol of recognition from the American people for those who served in the war. The result was the Vietnam Veterans Memorial (commonly referred to as The Wall), which has become one of the most visited memorials in Washington, D.C. with an estimated 5.6 million annual visitors.

Operation Help a Hero (OHH) is a 501 (c) (3) public charity (FID 27-1438256) dedicated to the care of our American military members. Our programs support military units and families as they prepare for separation, while they endure the challenges of deployment, and during transition back to the U.S. Our projects uplift service members and send a clear message of support to their families. We connect communities with our troops and provide real opportunities to make a difference in their lives. We are an all volunteer organization. All board members and directors volunteer their time to focus donations on on the military heroes we serve. Every cent contributed to OHH is used to serve our military community, and every project is based on real needs.

Veteran Tickets Foundation - ( Vet Tix - 1st Tix ) provides tickets to events which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members, veterans and first responders to stay engaged with local communities and American life.( Vet Tix - 1st Tix ) provides tickets to all branches of currently-serving Military, Veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA and first responders.( Vet Tix - 1st Tix ) secures tickets to sporting events, concerts, performing arts, educational and family activities across the nation. VetTixers and 1stTixers sign up online. We verify their service. Founded in 2005, the mission of Yellow Ribbon Fund is to provide support to severely wounded, injured or ill American service members, their caregivers, and families during lengthy medical recovery and reintegration into civilian life. Our Crossroads Program provides assistance to active duty and disabled service members and their families through lodging, temporary housing, local transportantion, and other support while the service member or veteran is receiving medical treatment away from home at Walter Reed Hospital in Bethesda, MD. Our Keystone Program follows the service member and family back to their hometown to provide support, encouragement, and bonding with military families with similar medical issues. The program provides wellness, educational, fitness, and social programs to aid the healing process and strengthen the family. Retreats provide respite from the daily grind of coping with medical issues. Our recipients rely on our donors to relieve the huge financial burden caused by temporay stays in the Bethesda area for treatment and to help build a local community of compatriots in their hometown.

The mission of the AVHOFS is to preserve and perpetuate the traditions of the American military and all who served in it, to undertake charitable and other projects at the state and local levels, and to work with veteran’s organizations in the attainment of AVHOFS objectives, and to promote and to encourage responsible citizenship among all Americans. Particular emphasis will be placed on supporting AVHOF members.

To build and sustain the morale and well being of the military community, past and present, with the assurance that the American public supports and appreciates their selfless service and daily sacrifices.

Combat Marine Outdoors mission is to provide Dream Hunts and Outdoor Adventures for severely wounded Marines, Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors and Navy Corpsmen. These hunting and fishing excursions play a vital role in the rehabilitation of these American heroes.

Daisy Mountain Veterans is a close association of members of the American Legion Post 128 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 12031 – representatives of our nation’s largest organizations of veterans. Including the Phoenix North Valley Women Veterans, the combined organization’s’ mission is to honor, support, and thank all who have served and are currently serving in our Military.

We, citizens of the United States of America, of the Jewish faith, who served in the Wars of the United States of America, in order that we may be of greater service to our country and to one another, associate ourselves together for the following purposes: To maintain true allegiance to the United States of America; To foster and perpetuate true Americanism; To combat whatever tends to impair the efficiency and permanency of our free institutions; To uphold the fair name of the Jew and fight his or her battles wherever unjustly assailed; to encourage the doctrine of universal liberty, equal rights, and full justice to all men and women; To combat the powers of bigotry and darkness wherever originating and whatever their target; To preserve the spirit of comradeship by mutual helpfulness to comrades and their families; To cooperate with and support existing educational institutions and establish educational institutions, and to foster the education of ex-servicemen and ex-servicewomen, and our members in the ideals and principles of Americanism; To instill love of country and flag, and to promote sound minds and bodies in our members and our youth; To preserve the memories and records of patriotic service performed by the men and women of our faith; To honor their memory and shield from neglect the graves of our heroic dead.

Flags For Fallen Military (FFM) was formed in the summer of 2006. The idea and development of FFM was to honor our fallen heroes by providing families the option of placing an American Flag in honor of their son’s or daughter’s sacrifice. FFM was developed and initially operated and run solely by the Larson Family. David C. Larson is Founder, Executive Director. While David did not serve in the military, he was raised in a military family and felt compelled to do something, so the dream was penciled out. Several wonderful suppliers and donors have made this dream come true. Many families have received a flag from FFM. The rewards of running FFM are endless; the Larson’s and other volunteers have met and continue to meet wonderful people and families.
