The Canadian Lutheran Bible Institute is a Lutheran Discipleship Training Centre. Canadian Lutheran World Relief carries out a broad range of programs that are united in the goal of making life better for those in need. Today we have five main programs: Community Development, We Care (Donated Commodities), Emergency Relief, Refugee Resettlement & International Volunteer Service.

Thank you for supporting our NEW TRAINING CENTRE for our 1,000 volunteer marine rescuers. You are helping to give our volunteer crews the best training possible so that they can provide great service to the public -- and get home safe. RCM-SAR provides marine rescue service in more than 40 communities in British Columbia. The training centre, near Victoria, will be home to our rescue vessel simulator, on-water navigation and seamanship training, advanced first aid, communications, leadership, and other important courses. As a charity, Canadian MedicAlert Foundation is committed to protecting families in financial need through the Member Assistance program and providing education and awareness programs for first responders and healthcare professionals. The No Child Without program is an exciting new school based program that provides MedicAlert protection to children from ages 4 to 14. We are endorsed by organizations such as Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians (CAEP) and National Emergency Nurses Affiliation (NENA) and we work in partnership with a Canada-wide network of over 16,000 hospitals, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, medical clinics, and public health centres who recommend MedicAlert to their patients.

CMHA Kelowna provides a wide range of services and supports to those who are experiencing mental illness and their families. One of our core objectives is to promote and create innovative programs and supports that contribute to the recovery, secondary prevention, empowerment and community integration of people with mental illness in our community. Our programs are centered around the notion of assisting individuals to build their skills necessary to manage their mental health and to learn about services and supports that are available to them. Our key area of activities are: - Recovery & Self Rehabilition Programs - Outreach Services & Housing - Community Education

CMHA HRB provides support, including case management, justice services and crisis support, to people who have mental health and/or addiction concerns. They also offer education about mental health/addictions and information about community services. More information is available at www.cmhahrb.ca.

The Canadian Mental Health Association/PEI Division is a volunteer and community-based organization that began its work on Prince Edward Island as a division of CMHA National in 1959. CMHA/PEI’s programs and services are delivered throughout the province. There are self-esteem and suicide prevention programs within most schools; mental health education sessions and seminars are delivered across the Island; resource libraries are located in three communities; there are three Clubhouse Programs which provide employment, residential, education and pre-vocational opportunities to people with mental illness and there is a White Cross program providing social and recreational activities for adults experiencing mental and emotional disorders.

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Sudbury was established in 1984 and is a not for profit organization with a volunteer board of directors. CMHA is mandated to provide services to adults with a diagnosis of a serious mental illness within the Sudbury – Manitoulin Districts. CMHA is an agency that is primarily funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and also receives funds from the Ministry of Child & Youth Services, United Way and Ontario Trillium Foundation.

All donations go towards our various programs such as: Advocating for mental health consumers within the mental health system Vocational support for those ready to return to the work place. A place to learn life skills, regain confidence and respect within our REACH program. Facilitating support groups for mental health consumers, care givers of mental health consumers, and those impacted by the suicide of a loved one. Outreach and advocacy for the homeless Educating the public and corporations on mental health matters Offering certification in Suicide Intervention and Mental Health First Aid
