It acts as a central coordinating body for communication and advocacy, and provides support and resources to its Chapters & members, other blind and visually impaired British Columbians, and the general public throughout the region. The BC Council's funding is derived solely through the past and present efforts of the Division. We are an independently BC & federally registered charity. Donations are welcome, needed, and appreciated, and can include gifts of property, stocks, bonds, life insurance, boats, and of course currency!
