The mission of Cancer Support Community is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are EMPOWERED by knowledge, STRENGTHENED by action, and SUSTAINED by community.

The Prostate Cancer Centre’s primary role is to raise, direct, and administer funds to combat prostate cancer and prostate-related disease. The Centre provides financial support for research, awareness and education initiatives that advance the knowledge of prostate cancer treatment and prevention.

To Heck With Cancer is a nonprofit organization that raises money for Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) research. Julia Heck, diagnosed at age 25 with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, founded the organization with the hope to increase awareness about the need for MBC research.

The Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN) provides immediate assistance and peer-to-peer mentoring to active and retired firefighters and their immediate families following a cancer diagnosis. FCSN also delivers extensive firefighter cancer awareness and prevention training nationwide.

THE PLUTA CANCER CENTER FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO PATIENTS GOING THROUGH CANCER BY PROVIDING THE FUNDS NECESSARY TO RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL BURDENS THAT MANY CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES FACE AND EXPAND AND ENHANCE OUR INTEGRATIVE ONCOLOGY SERVICES AND PROGRAMS.

Offering financial grants to Rock County patients currently receiving treatment for cancer and emotional support through our cancer support group.

Bite Me Cancer's mission is to fight cancer through education, inspiration and research. The 2 main goals are to help teenagers with cancer across the country in their battle with support/inspiration and also raise research funds and awareness for thyroid cancer. We've been able to help almost 9,900 teenagers with cancer by giving them each a Teen Support Bag. These teens are in every state and DC and are given the bags through our 180 hospitals as of July 2022. The current cost is $85/bag to assemble and ship out.Bite Me Cancer has also directly funded 9 thyroid cancer research grants as of 06/30/2022. Funds this year will apply to our 10th grant (oversight/review is conducted in partnership with the American Thyroid Association)
