The mission of the Trent Hill Center is to provide trauma-informed care to our community’s most vulnerable children in a setting that fosters physical and emotional safety; intellectual and spiritual well-being; curiosity, creativity, and exploration. We provide services in partnership with individuals, families, and organizations within our local community. The Trent Hill for Children and Families is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 child and family services organization.

Our Preschool and Kindergarten programs provide children the opportunity to learn through play and through the arts, which nurtures their intellectual and their creative development. Our exceptional staff works to build trusting relationships with every child; It is through these early relationships that children learn to think, understand, communicate, express emotions, and to develop their social skills. NACoA’s mission is to eliminate the adverse impact of alcohol and drug use on children and families. Using our network of the most respected experts in the field, we provide solutions to address these impacts effectively. NACoA envisions a world in which no child who struggles because of family addiction will be left unsupported. If you are dealing with a parent who abuses alcohol or drugs -- or have a relative or friend who does -- we’re here to help. NACoA offers resources for everyone, including providing support for professionals with tools and training in order to better support individuals in pain due to alcohol and drug dependency in their families. One in four children under the age of 18 years are touched by the adverse effects of a parent abusing alcohol or drugs. We are the voice for these children, and have been for over 30 years. We are fueled by a deep and abiding passion to break the silence for millions of children in families entrapped by the "no talk" rule. We work to ensure that they can find their own voice, and by sharing their experiences find the hope and healing they deserve. We offer a variety of programs and products uniquely designed to offer support and assist you at home or in the workplace NACoA is the only national membership organization focusing on the children of parents struggling with alcohol or substance abuse. Additionally, we are working internationally through affiliates in Great Britain, Germany, Poland, New Zealand, and Brazil.

Dedicated to children's rights for over 20 years, the New York Center for Children (NYCC) is the only treatment center in New York City to provide free, comprehensive therapy services to child victims of physical and sexual abuse and their families, for as long as their healing requires.NYCC never turns a child in need away, never requires proof of insurance and always delivers best-practice personalized therapies to kids and families who suffer in silence.Having served over 15,000 children and their families, NYCC delivers groundbreaking training programs on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of child abuse.Over 20,000 medical students, mental health professionals, child care workers, doctors, nurses and first responders worldwide have attended the training programs. The NYCC method to healing is unmatched, replicable, scalable and serves as a model for centers and their communities nationwide

Since its founding by Murray and Margaret Dryden in 1970, SCAW has raised over $40 million to provide bedkits for children in 34 countries. In 2009 we reached our millionth child.

Our co-founder Marion Austin strongly believed in empowering our Haitian children with the tools that they need to succeed, knowing they could one day become Christian leaders and role models in the Haitian society.

L/GPFC is the Smart Start initiative in Greene and Lenoir Counties. Smart Start Partneships are designed to address child care, preventive health care, and provide family support services. All activities are intended to support the stability and capacity of families with children from 0 - 5 years of age. The Partnership provides leadership in developing effective collaboration among all organizations, agencies, providers and individuals participating in the partnership and its services. The mission is to maximize the comprehensiveness, effectiveness, quality, access, delivery and implementation of services to families and children.

ABC Ontario is a provincially incorporated, all volunteer, federally registered charity (number 118777275 RR001) Since 1977, ABC has worked with parents, school boards, the Ministry and many stakeholders to meet the needs of bright and gifted learners in Ontario. ABC is represented on school board special education advisory committees and the Minister’s Advisory Council on Special Education. Giftedness is recognised as needing special education support under the Education Act. ABC provides newsletters, networking, local workshops and a conference for educators and parents. Through Chapters and volunteers, ABC supports families with advocacy and parent information sessions on identification, placement, education plans, and other special education issues. Established in 1973, Interface Children & Family Services is the region's most comprehensive nonprofit social services agency providing thousands of local and 250,000 statewide clients annually with direct, responsive, wrap-around services to address the complex needs of client and community.As a critical safety net for children and families, we provide 30 distinct programs across seven major program areas including mental health and trauma treatment, domestic violence and child abuse prevention, human trafficking intervention, youth crisis and homeless services, justice services, and 211 information and assistance.
