Maine Cancer Foundation is dedicated to reducing cancer incidence and mortality rates in Maine. 100% of the funds raised are used to benefit the people of Maine. We lead a state-wide effort to advance the most promising and effective cancer-fighting tools available, through a combination of grant-based financial support and coalition building. We invest in prevention to stop cancer before it starts, early detection to find cancer when it is treatable and beatable, and access to the best possible care regardless of income or geography.

Colorectal cancer is currently the second leading cause of cancer death overall for men and women in Canada. Approximately 22 500 people will be diagnosed with colorectal cancer this year and sadly 9 100 will die of the disease. Despite these shocking numbers, the disease is still not well known or well understood. Current scientific literature indicates that up to 90% or more of colorectal cancer can be successfully treated or prevented through early detection and removal of pre-cancerous polyps and through diet and regular exercise.

MISSION: THE PACIFIC CANCER FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE PATIENT SUPPORT AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND TO PROMOTE ACCESS TO OPTIMAL TREATMENT, CLINICAL TRIALS AND RESEARCH FOR ALL WHOSE LIVES ARE TOUCHED BY CANCER. PURPOSE: THE PACIFIC CARE FOUNDATIN IS AN INDEPENDENT 501(C)(3) NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION CREATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS PROGRAMS, THE FOUNDATION GIVES MEANINGFUL ASSISTANCE TO CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE FOUNDATION WORKS TO FOSTER PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF CANCER PATIENTS. THE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO ASSURING THAT CANCER PATIENTS ARE WELL INFORMED OF TREATMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY AND ON A NATIONAL LEVEL. THE FOUNDATION WILL ASSIST APPROPRIATE PATIENTS IN ACCESSING CLINICAL TRIALS AND INNOVATIVE THERAPIES. At Lazarex Cancer Foundation, we strive to improve cancer health outcomes, FDA cancer clinical trial diversity and enrollment, and patient access to care by providing assistance with clinical trial navigation, reimbursing trial related travel costs, and partnering with at-risk communities to mobilize resources.

HopeWell Cancer Support's mission is to create a community for all people with cancer, their families and friends, that encourages an exchange of information, the development of a support system, and the presence of hope.

The mission of Cancer Support Services is to provide cancer patients support for their financial and emotional needs, including lodging and transport services, in order to facilitate their treatment and healing.

Cancer CAREpoint is dedicated to transforming support for cancer patients, families and caregivers in Silicon Valley through personalized one-on-one counseling, assistance, resources and education.

The mission of the CT Cancer Foundation is to provide financial assistance to CT cancer patients and their families to help with basic living expenses, such as rent, mortgage, and utilities, and to fund research.
